WHAT: A workshop in collaboration with Coastal Alchemy, to create vision boards that offer stroke survivors and caregivers a focused, creative space to slow down and think intentionally about the year ahead

WHY: A vision board is a visual way to reflect on what matters most right now—using images and words to represent priorities, needs, and intentions. During this hands-on creative session, participants will browse magazines, select images and words that stand out to them, and assemble a personal vision board to take home. This workshop is open to those who are looking for a thoughtful, creative way to reset and move into the year ahead with greater clarity and intention.

Advance registration is required, and space is limited to keep the workshop supportive.
All materials are provided, and no artistic experience is needed!
